All orders are handcrafted and made fresh upon order. All orders under $200.00 ship within 5-7 business days. Please note, orders over $200.00 will ship within 7-10 business days. Orders over $300.00 may take up to 14 business days to ship. Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive since everything is made fresh upon order! Thank you for understanding. If you need an order in a rush, please let us know so the order can be expedited for a nominal $10.00 rush order fee.

Orders are checked every day at 1:00 p.m. C.S.T., orders placed after 1:00 in the afternoon, are processed the next business day. Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We do not process orders on weekends, so if you place an order on Saturday, it will be processed first thing on Monday.

Any order 1 pound or less, will ship via USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. Effective Monday January 5th, 2004, all other orders will be shipped via the most economical and quickest method. Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive. Upon shipment, we email you a tracking number, or a Delivery Confirmation number will be emailed to you and it can be tracked at http://usps.com.
